The Transition Project 2016

Grange Park Outreach Service provides support to pupils with ASD in mainstream primary and secondary schools across Kent. This year we started a project to assist Year 6 children to make a successful transition to secondary school. The project has been progressing well, with many of the 30 children starting Year 7 at the beginning of September. A recent article about the project and how to support transitions has been published by the National Autistic Society; we are very excited to have shared our message widely.
