Shakespeare for Schools

Every year Grange Park School takes part in Shakespeare for Schools Festival which is the UK's largest youth drama festival that offers pupils the opportunity to perform on local professional stages.

Pupils from all year groups work together to put on a performance of a Shakespeare play. Rehearsals take place over a week and culminate with a performance at the Mick Jagger Centre.

Plays performed over the last few years include Macbeth, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Julius Caeser and Taming of the Shrew.

In 2021 - 22 Grange Park School will be performing Romeo and Juliet.
