Closure Work

We are now into Term 6 of the academic year.

New resources and work will be uploaded into the appropriate year groups for pupils to work through. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school via email at office@grangepark.kent.sch.uk. There is also a guide below to show you how to attach work to an email if you want to send any work into us.

In addition, from Monday 1st June, each year group will have an online Maths, English and Science class with their teacher. We will also be starting optional PE, Art, DT, Yoga and Cooking sessions from the week beginning Monday 8th June. Lists of things you will need for the online sessions and visuals can be found under the 'Optional Online Classes - What you will need & visuals' tab to the left. For classes that will be different each week, these will be regularly updated.

Here you will find additional resources and work that can be completed at home:

Parents can access 180 lessons a week for every year group from Reception through to year 10, through a new online platform, Oak National Academy. The enterprise which has been set up by teachers and is funded by the Department of Education, will provide video lessons for students, with each lesson coming with a corresponding quiz and worksheet.

The BBC Bitesize site has a range of resources for all age ranges and abilities.

Pupil safety is of paramount importance at Grange Park.  The National Online Safety website has produced a useful Parent's Guide to the video messaging app Zoom.

We have also added a time capsule worksheet that you might enjoy completing as a family activity.
